A Fish Kettle is a long thin deep pan designed specifically for cooking whole fish such as salmon or trout, although cod and carp and other types of fish can also be cooked within the fish kettle. Fish kettles have a handle at either end and a tightly-fitting lid. Inside the kettle there is a rack to lay the fish on, which also has handles, to make it easy to remove the cooked fish in one piece. The rack within the fish kettle allows for circulation around the fish and gives you even cooking throughout the fish. Our Fish Kettles are made from 18/10 stainless steel.
