Hoshizaki Ice Machine Modular FM-480AKE-HC-SB (450kg)
The FM-480AKE-HC-SB is a compact self-contained Hydro Carbon Ice maker which produces either Flake or Nugget ice. This modular cube Hoshizaki ice machine uses Natural Refrigerant R290, which is environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
Flake and Nugget Ice are popular for a variety of cooling purposes, including the display of fish and fresh produce. This ice is often used to prepare cocktails and drinks because of the quickness of cooling and limited dilution of drinks.
Hoshizaki ice makers are micro computer controlled, controlling the ice making process to perform at its best under varying circumstances, without having to make physical adjustments.
This Hoshizaki Ice Machine can be purchased with or without a filter. However, we do recommend purchasing the filter for better quality ice and a more premium finish to your ice machine. Especially in hard water areas to prevent scale build up.
