The T1515BTHR by Prodis is a heavy duty hood dishwasher with heat recovery for energy efficiency and a more pleasant working environment.
The innovative heat recovery module coupled with the heavy duty T1515 hood dishwasher creates the perfect durable and energy efficient dishwasher. The heat recovery module adds many benefits to the machine by;
Increasing incoming water temperature by up to 25°.
Reducing energy consumption of the dishwasher by up to 2190kWH per year*.
Condenses steam back to water and returns it to the wash tank ready for the next wash cycle.
Virtually removes all the steam from the dishwasher creating a more pleasant working environment and eliminating the need for a condensate hood above the machine.
How it works
Incoming water is passed through the condensing unit before entering the rinse tank. This cools the condensing unit ready to accept the waste steam from the wash tank at the end of the wash cycle. After final rinse the machine enters heat recovery mode. A large volume tangential fan draws steam from the wash tank through the twin intake manifolds into the condenser. The incoming cold water circulating through the module condenses the steam back to warm water which re-enters the wash tank. Heat exchange occurs within the condenser warming the incoming cold water by up to 25°c. Because the steam has been utilised and condensed back to water virtually no steam will escape from the dishwasher. This creates a more pleasant working environment and eliminates the need for an external condensate hood above the dishwasher.
