What times are you open for business?

Office hours are Monday to Thursday: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Friday, 9.00 am – 3.30 pm.

How do I open a trade account?

Applying for a trade account is easy. Just fill out the application form and submit your request. Our dedicated accounts team will then promptly contact you to set things up.

May I see a representative?

Ascot Wholesale Ltd. has representatives in the UK. Please get in touch with our sales team, who will be pleased to arrange for you to see a representative in your area.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

We use industry-standard SSL technology to encrypt our secure checkout, transforming data into “unreadable encrypted code.” no one can look at your credit card and personal details while you are on our safe and highly secure checkout page. A small padlock will indicate encryption on the browser and web page.

Order & Product FAQs

Can I get a product sample?

Ascot Wholesale can arrange product samples. Sometimes, you may require a sample before reaching the ultimate purchase choice when acquiring products.

If I order more cases, do I get a better price?

If your order is large, do not hesitate to contact our sales team. They will be happy to review your order and prices.

Are your prices competitive?

We offer a price-match promise and constantly endeavour to provide our products at competitive prices.

If you feel we have been overcharging or our prices seem unreasonable, please contact our sales team, who will be delighted to discuss this further.
Please be aware that prices are subject to change at our discretion due to constant price increases by manufacturers.

I’ve had the wrong goods delivered; what should I do?

Please contact our sales team; they will happily arrange an exchange.

I am unhappy with the goods you have sent me.

Please carefully read our returns policy. You can contact our sales team, who will be pleased to arrange to exchange them.

I received damaged goods from you. What can I do?

If the package shows visible damage on arrival, you must mark ‘Box Damaged‘ on the courier’s delivery record.

When you receive your order, it is crucial to contact our sales team within 24 hours. We can only receive credit notifications within this timeframe.

My goods are different from the last time I ordered!

If any items are missing, please notify Ascot Wholesale within 48 hours of receiving the order for credit or replacement.

Please get in touch with our sales team who will be pleased to make arrangements to exchange them, or will be able to explain the reason for the change.

What is your returns policy?

Please carefully read our returns policy.

You can return the item for a refund within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s still in its original packaging and good condition.

Please note that the credit for the returned goods will be reduced by a carriage and restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the returned items.

Ascot Wholesale does not operate a sale or return policy and will, therefore, not accept returns of goods unless agreed to in writing by Ascot Wholesale.

Customers can only return goods ordered in error to Ascot Wholesale if the company and the customer agree to pay a restocking fee.

The fee covers the company’s administrative and other costs in accepting the returned goods.

The goods are faulty; what should I do?

If the goods are defective when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be collected and give you the option of a replacement item or part.

Can I get delivery tomorrow?

What if I’m not available when you try to deliver?

Please inform us of any special delivery requirements when placing your order. You can do this on the cart checkout page by checking the box to add specific requirements.

What are your carriage and delivery terms?

Free UK delivery – Not including Scotland, a minimum order value of £60 ex VAT.
Standard UK delivery – Not including Scotland orders below £60 ex VAT = £6.65 ex VAT.

When is my delivery due?

Ascot Wholesale will aim to deliver your order within 2–5 working days of receiving it. However, delivery and stock levels may cause delays.

If you are ordering for an event or other function and your order is time-sensitive, please do not hesitate to contact the sales team before placing your order. We will confirm availability.
