Deliveries will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Deliveries taken indoors are at the discretion of the courier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility for access issues at the delivery address. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged on delivery please note we allow a maximum of twenty-four hours for any damaged items to be reported after delivery. We will not accept any claims made after this time.
