Our Delivery Policy

UPDATE (August 2021):

Ascot Wholesale will aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days from receipt of the order. However, orders may be delayed due to delivery and stock issues resulting from the ongoing worldwide pandemic. If you are ordering for an event or other function and your order is time sensitive then please contact the sales office prior to placing your order and we will confirm availability. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed.
 
Free UK mainland delivery for orders requires a minimum order value of £75 ex VAT. A delivery charge of £6.65 ex VAT will be charged for orders with a value of less than £75 ex VAT.
 
Free delivery only applies to UK Mainland orders. Deliveries outside of UK mainland, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight will be subject to an additional carriage charge. Please contact our sales team on 01256 769990 for further information and additional carriage costs.

Deliveries will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs. Deliveries taken indoors are at the discretion of the courier. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility for access issues at the delivery address. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility. 

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged on delivery please note we allow a maximum of twenty-four hours for any damaged items to be reported after delivery. We will not accept any claims made after this time.
