Cancellation Policy

Please note that until recently, Ascot Wholesale Ltd. has not charged a fee for cancelling orders placed on the website.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in cancellations, we now have to apply charges due to the high costs we incur (Credit card charges, phone calls, admin work, etc.).

Cancellation Fees

All orders cancelled with Ascot Wholesale Ltd. will incur a minimum fee of 10% (of the total order value).

This fee may increase to 30%, depending on the order status and whether the goods must be returned to the manufacturer. 

Goods collected and returned to Ascot Wholesale Ltd. may incur additional delivery charges.

Identity Theft

Due to the ever-increasing instances of identity theft and credit card fraud, Ascot Wholesale is committed to ensuring the security of all Internet orders.

We will be screening all orders for potential fraudulent credit card transactions. Any transactions not meeting our secure payment criteria will be subject to further security checks.

We may ask the cardholder to verify the transaction’s legitimacy for your protection.

Credit Card Details

Any orders cancelled due to a lack of supportive evidence relating to the credit card will also be subject to the above cancellation fee.

It is crucial to ensure the correctness of the credit card addresses and information, as any errors will necessitate additional checks before dispatching the goods. We greatly appreciate your attention to detail, which may result in extended delivery times.
