A good sparkling wine or champagne should always be served chilled and the best way to achieve this is to place the bottle into a champagne bucket or cooler filled with ice (please see our champagne bucket section) always tilt your champagne glass when pouring to prevent a build up of froth or head within the glass and never pour to quickly.
