Promote a more comfortable and safe kitchen environment with the Buffalo AP125 Fumes Condenser, designed specifically for the CK079 Buffalo Smart Touchscreen Combi Oven. This efficient condenser captures steam, fumes, and vapour escaping from the oven’s chimney, converting them into water which is then drained away. This helps to prevent fumes and steam from being released into your kitchen, improving air quality and reducing the need for additional ventilation.
The AP125 offers a cost-effective alternative to a full oven hood, effectively capturing chimney exhaust only. It does not address steam escaping from the oven door, so for ovens primarily used for steam cooking, a full extraction hood (AP213) is recommended.
The condenser comes complete with all necessary fittings for easy installation. It is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance in demanding kitchen environments.
