The Sterling Pro SP0523BC-HC is a commercial blast chiller and freezer designed for professional kitchens requiring faster food cooling and freezing processes. With the ability to blast chill 23kg and blast freeze 13kg, the cabinet supports food safety management and batch preparation workflows.
Its five grid layout provides increased capacity for catering operations preparing larger quantities of food throughout service. The cabinet is suitable for restaurants, bakeries and professional kitchens handling chilled and frozen food preparation.
