The Tramontina Trento Cast Iron Casserole Dish is a versatile addition to professional and domestic kitchens, combining durable cast iron construction with excellent heat retention and even heat distribution. Measuring 24cm (9.5 inches), it provides a practical size for preparing casseroles, stews, braised dishes and a wide variety of one-pot meals.
The enamelled cast iron construction allows the dish to move easily from the hob to the oven and then to the table. It is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs and is oven-safe up to 260°C, making it suitable for a wide range of cooking applications.
