The Tramontina Black Collection Square Cast Iron Griddle Pan provides a durable and versatile cooking surface for professional and domestic kitchens. Measuring 27cm (10.5 inches), its square design offers ample space for grilling meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients.
Pre-seasoned cast iron provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution, while the natural seasoning creates an easy-release cooking surface that develops with use. The pan is suitable for induction, hobs, ovens, grills, barbecues and open-fire cooking.
