The Tramontina Blue Enamelled Cast Iron Sauté Pan is designed for versatile cooking, combining a generous 30cm (12-inch) cooking surface with the excellent heat retention of cast iron. It is ideal for frying, sautéing, searing, browning and braising a wide range of ingredients.
The durable black porcelain enamel interior is designed for higher cooking temperatures, helping to promote caramelisation while resisting staining. The smooth surface also makes the pan easy to clean and eliminates the need for seasoning.
