The DPS Absinth Spoon is a traditional bar tool designed for preparing and serving absinthe. Its flat, perforated bowl holds a sugar cube in place while iced water is slowly dripped over it, dissolving the sugar so the sweetened water drips through into the absinthe below – the classic French preparation ritual. Crafted from stainless steel with a notched handle that rests securely across the rim of the glass, the spoon is durable enough for regular bar use.
