Description
The Robot Coupe C40 covers two jobs in one compact unit: extracting juice from pulpy fruit and vegetables, and producing coulis from cooked or tender produce while retaining the skin, pips and fibres. A dedicated coulis arm is designed for soft-fleshed fruit such as raspberries, blackcurrants and tomatoes, with a long side spout that lets coulis be collected in a larger container as needed. It’s supplied with a citrus press accessory alongside large and small cones for different fruit sizes, plus a cleaning brush. The 500W motor runs at 1500rpm, and the lid and bowl are fully removable.
