UK Delivery Options

  • Free UK delivery (excluding Northern Scotland and Borders) with a minimum order value of £60 (ex VAT).
  • Standard UK delivery (excluding Northern Scotland and Borders). Orders under £60 (ex VAT) incur a £6.90 (ex VAT) charge.

Additional Delivery Charges

Deliveries to Northern Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Borders, and all areas outside our territory, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight, are subject to an additional carriage charge.

Delivery dates stated by Ascot Wholesale Ltd to the customer are estimates given in good faith, but under no circumstances whatsoever shall Ascot Wholesale Ltd be liable to the customer or any third party for any delay in delivery, howsoever caused, or any losses, damages, costs, and expenses resulting from or in connection with. 

Ground-floor Deliveries

We will deliver to the building’s ground-floor entrance. Delivery does not include negotiating lifts, stairs, or any obstruction.

Deliveries taken indoors are at the discretion of the courier or delivery driver.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order will fit through doorways and onto their premises.

We cannot accept responsibility for access issues at the delivery address.

Any carriage charges incurred due to an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility. 

Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, or assembling items.

Please note that we allow a maximum of 24 hours to report any damaged items after delivery in the unlikely event that goods arrive damaged.

We will not accept any claims made after the 24-hour timeframe.
