Lincat Company History

Lincat started in 1971 manufacturing electric catering equipment and then added gas products in 1988. Our major innovations include the Lynx 400 series, the Silverlink modular range and the FilterFlow water boilers.

We have grown through the acquisition of brands like IMC and Britannia Kitchen Ventilation.

Since 2011 Lincat has been part of the Middleby Corporation, a global leader in commercial kitchen equipment, which has given us even more capability and reach.
