The Atosa ATFS-50 High-Performance Fryer is designed to deliver reliable, consistent frying performance in busy commercial kitchens. With a robust stainless steel construction, 50lb oil capacity and powerful three-burner system, it provides the capacity and performance required for high-volume food service.
The welded stainless steel frying tank features an integrated oil cooling zone that helps collect food particles away from the main cooking area, helping to extend oil life and maintain frying quality. A high-quality thermostat provides precise temperature control between 200°F and 400°F, allowing operators to maintain consistent cooking temperatures across a wide range of fried foods.
Available with a choice of Propane Gas (ATFS-50LP) or Natural Gas (ATFS-50NG), the fryer can be selected to suit your kitchen’s existing gas supply. The unit is supplied with two nickel-plated frying baskets with coated handles, along with a wire crumb screen and basket hanger for practical day-to-day operation.
