With independent controls for each burner, you can easily adjust sections of the griddle plate to different temperatures, making it ideal for cooking multiple items simultaneously. Additionally, you can set a section to a lower temperature to gently hold cooked items, ensuring they stay hot and ready for service.
Designed for flexibility, this BBQ griddle is equipped with lockable castors for secure positioning and a fold-down shelf for extra storage, making it easy to set up and move around. The push-button piezo ignition eliminates the need for tapers, and the entire unit is easy to clean down once service is finished.
