The Churchill Studio Prints Raku Topaz Blue Oblong Plate is designed for use in professional catering and restaurant environments. Produced by Churchill China, this plate comes from the Studio Prints Raku collection, inspired by traditional Japanese raku pottery. The oblong plate measures 24.7 x 8.8 cm (9.69 x 3.44 inches), providing a slim and elongated shape suitable for serving small plates, starters, sides, or desserts.
Each plate is crafted from Churchill Super Vitrified china. This material is fired at a high temperature, giving it strength, toughness, and resistance to chipping, making it suitable for busy commercial kitchens and high-volume service. The topaz blue glaze creates a distinctive appearance with tonal variation, achieved through a reactive printing process, so each plate has its own individual look.
The plate is dishwasher safe and designed for stacking, helping to save space in storage.
