Description
The G3865F twin pan gas fryer has excellent reaction and recovery times, allowing caterers to meet the high demand for fried food. It can produce up to 32kg of chips per hour per pan using only 15 litres of oil per pan.
Individual settings allow for the use of only one pan during calmer periods, saving energy and oil. Another advantage of the dual pan arrangement is that one pan can be dedicated solely to allergen-free foods, such as gluten-free.
Inbuilt filtration makes it simple to clean the oil, providing the benefits of enhanced oil longevity (and therefore cost savings), maintaining oil integrity, and assuring high food quality. The filtration can even be done while the oil is still warm, allowing it to be done during service rather than at the conclusion of the shift. Each pan has its own filtration system, so the oil can be filtered at different periods as needed.
This fryer features a temperature range of 140-190°C and a fast-acting safety thermostat that turns it off if the oil temperature rises too high.
The G3865F is shipped on castors and has two fryplates and a cover as standard.
Energy-efficient, high-performance burners offer speedy heat-up and reduced waiting time.
The temperature range of 140-190°C allows flexible and accurate control.
Automatic two-stage filtering extends oil longevity and maintains quality.
Sediment collection zone keeps everything clean for longer.
Pans are individually controlled and can be emptied separately. Energy efficient due to the ability to use only one pan during calmer periods.
Piezo ignition in the oven ensures simple, trouble-free operation.
