What makes this model worth a closer look? Jet mode. It handles high-fat and high-sugar recipes in about 90 seconds. Standard Pacotize mode takes closer to four minutes, which still works for most preparations. Run either at overpressure or normal pressure to adjust volume and density for a particular dish.
The touchscreen is large enough to follow while you work. Animated guidance walks you through each process, and it stores your recipe settings for next time. Safety sensors check the blade, spray guard and beaker before anything spins. WiFi lets the Pacojet service team troubleshoot remotely. The dual brushless motor runs quieter than older models, and a repeat function pacotizes up to 10 cycles when you want a lighter, airier finish.
