Equipped with powerful forced air cooling, it maintains consistent temperatures throughout the cabinet, even with frequent door openings during busy service times. Constructed from durable stainless steel, both inside and out, the Polar U-Series fridge is built to last and is easy to clean. The fridge also accommodates full-sized 1/1 or double-sized 2/1 gastronorm trays, offering even more storage flexibility without the need for extra shelves.
