Constructed entirely from AISI304 stainless steel, it ensures durability and ease of cleaning. It features high-performance Italian-made refrigeration units and an ergonomic controller, providing both soft and hard cycles, with the flexibility of time or temperature controlled deep freezing via a standard core probe. This 5-tray, 20kg capacity model is 1/1GN compatible.
