Crafted entirely from AISI304 stainless steel, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. It incorporates high-performance Italian-made refrigeration units and an ergonomic controller, providing soft and hard cycles, along with time or temperature controlled deep freezing via a standard core probe. This 7-tray, 30kg capacity model is 1/1GN compatible.
