Description
The Robot Coupe Blixer 10 is built for high-volume kitchens, with an 11.5-litre stainless steel bowl processing between 0.5 and 6.5kg per operation. A 2600W three-phase motor drives two speeds, 1500 and 3000rpm, giving control over texture from coarse to fine. The leak-proof lid has a built-in scraper, making it straightforward to prepare mixed and liquidised food, including for straw feeding in care settings, without spillage. A magnetic safety system stops the machine as soon as the lid is opened, and all food-contact parts are easily removed and cleaned to support strict hygiene standards.
