The Robot Coupe Blixer 4VV combines the functions of a cutter and a blender-mixer in a 4.5-litre stainless steel bowl, ideal for kitchens preparing 2 to 15 portions at a time. Variable speed from 300 to 3500rpm gives control over texture, from coarse chopping through to smooth, even purees, and liquids or solid ingredients can be added mid-process through the transparent lid. A rubber seal helps prevent overflow when working with liquid preparations, and the soft-touch handle keeps the bowl secure and comfortable to move. All parts are dishwasher safe for straightforward cleaning between batches.
