The Robot Coupe Blixer 5VV steps up bowl capacity to 5.9 litres, giving kitchens more headroom for larger batches while keeping the same variable speed control as the rest of the VV range. Powered by a 2HP motor, it combines cutter and blender-mixer functions in one unit, producing everything from sauces and dressings to mousses, ground spices and pureed meals. The stainless steel bowl comes with a soft-touch handle for a secure, comfortable grip, and the transparent lid allows liquids and solids to be added while the machine is running, with progress visible throughout.
