Description
The Robot Coupe Micromix is a compact, handheld immersion blender built for pans up to 5 litres, ideal for finishing sauces, small soup portions and instant emulsions at the pass. Its 220W motor runs at variable speed from 1,500 to 14,000rpm, adjusted via a speed button positioned for easy visibility while working. The 165mm shaft, blade and bell are entirely stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, and the Aeromix attachment is included for producing light, airy emulsions that hold their shape on the plate. A wall-mounted holder and extendable coiled power cord are supplied as standard.
