Description
The Robot Coupe R201 XL combines a cutter and a vegetable slicer in one compact tabletop unit, built for kitchens serving up to 20 covers. A 550W single-speed induction motor drives the 2.9-litre composite bowl through mincing, emulsifying and kneading tasks, while the extra-large half-moon hopper takes whole tomatoes and other bulky vegetables without pre-cutting. A separate cylindrical hopper handles long ingredients such as carrots and courgettes with a uniform 58mm cut. The machine comes fitted with a stainless steel smooth blade and is supplied with a 2mm slicing disc and a 2mm grating disc as standard.
