Description
The Robot Coupe R7 VV brings a 2HP motor and a 7.5-litre stainless steel bowl to the table-top range, built for kitchens processing larger quantities without stepping up to a floor-standing cutter. Variable speed from 300 to 3500rpm covers everything from gentle mixing to fast emulsifying, chopping and dicing, and the R-Mix function adds reverse rotation at variable speeds, ideal for folding in whole pieces of meat or already-diced vegetables without chopping them further. The bowl-base, twin-blade assembly is dismountable for cleaning, and a soft-touch handle keeps the bowl comfortable to move even when full.
