The Sterling Pro SP0315BC-HC is a commercial blast chiller and freezer designed for rapid food cooling and freezing in professional catering environments. Capable of blast chilling up to 15kg and blast freezing up to 6kg, the unit supports food safety procedures and efficient kitchen production workflows.
Its three grid capacity makes the cabinet suitable for smaller commercial kitchens, bakeries and preparation areas handling cooked or prepared food items. The rapid cooling process helps operators reduce food temperatures quickly after cooking before storage or service.
