The Polar G-Series countertop prep fridge is designed for smaller kitchens, offering hygienic refrigerated ingredient access. It accommodates up to eight gastronorm pans (1/3GN – sold separately). Built with precise digital controls and durable stainless steel construction, it’s easy to use, clean, and maintain. The powerful refrigeration system keeps ingredients cool even in ambient temperatures up to 32°C, making it ideal for hot kitchens. This unit features a glass sneeze screen for hygiene and a continual evaporator to prevent water build up.
