Powerful and versatile, the Buffalo 600 Series electric oven range is a highly reliable cooking station for professional kitchens. Combining a robust 3kW main convection oven with two 1.5kW hob rings and two 2kW rings, this unit provides flexibility to cook a wide variety of dishes in one compact space.
The main convection oven offers ample capacity, able to hold up to three full-size (1/1GN) trays at once. Fan-assisted cooking ensures even finishes and consistent temperatures throughout the oven, eliminating the need to rotate trays during cooking. The oven also includes a grill function, perfect for browning or finishing dishes, without needing a separate grill — ideal for kitchens with limited space.
Equipped with two 1.5kW rings and two 2kW rings, the hob offers four versatile cooking positions. The fully pressed and sealed hob top makes it easy to keep clean — simply wipe it down after use.
