Description

The G3925 chargrill features 9 heavy-duty, double-sided cast iron brander bars, 3 cast iron burners and radiants that provide adjustable, consistent heat, an enlarged cooking area and variable burner control to assist reduce energy use. The sophisticated design ensures optimal heat transfer and distribution, resulting in even cooking over the significant grilling surface and the ability to make delicious, properly branded food.

3 x 8.6kW cast iron burners give quick heat up and minimal wait time.
Independently controlled burners – Vary heat across the unit as needed, or even turn one side off during calmer hours.
Reversible, angled, heavy-duty cast iron brander bars provide equal heat throughout the whole cooking surface.
Removable stainless steel surrounds keep adjacent equipment spatter-free.
Full-width cooking area maximises production.
The grease collection tray in front of the unit collects and contains grease and fat.

Install unit on a level, fireproof surface in a well-lit position. If floor is made of a combustible material, local fire requirements must be checked to ensure compliance.
A clearance of 150mm should be observed between appliance and any combustible wall.
